Brian Capstick

Brian Capstick is a lawyer by profession and started in the law firm Capsticks which represents a number of NHS organisations. He is also responsible for the development of Datix – Software which aids the collection of patient safety data and helped establish the Association of Litigation and Risk Managers (ALARM) and training for risk managers. He has contributed extensively to work in patient safety and is currently a non-executive director of the NHS Litigation Authority.
