Cerebral Palsy & Brain Injury Cases: Ensuring you do the best for your client

11 November 2010, Mercure Holland House Hotel, Bristol

AvMA's popular Cerebral Palsy conference has been updated and is coming to Bristol for the first time on 11 November.

Quantification of claims when acting for those profoundly brain damaged has become increasingly challenging. Testimony to this is the resulting amount of litigation, ranging from indexation claims to arguments concerning the cost of care and life expectancy.

This conference will discuss and analyse the key areas currently under the spotlight so that lawyers are aware of the challenges required to best represent their clients. Determining causation, the post-delivery period and the latest technologies will be among the topics covered, along with periodical payments, indexation issues and a practical guide to running cerebral palsy and brain injury cases.
