Charles Vincent

Charles Vincent has worked tirelessly, for more than 20 years, in seeking to determine the psychological and cultural issues underlying adverse events in medical practice. Last year he published a key book entitled Patient Safety (published Elsevier Churchill Livingstone.) His previous work “Clinical Risk Management – Enhancing Patient Safety” is in its second edition and is the bible for clinical risk managers.
