This line is staffed from 10am-5pm Monday to Friday. There is currently one advisor operating the phone line within these hours, which can get very busy. Calls are charged at local rate from landline numbers anywhere in the UK, however if you are calling from a mobile this could be significantly higher. We do not receive funding for our helpline therefore due to limited funds we are unable to call people back. Please note that we do not receive revenue from the 0845 number.
