Hilary Scott
Hilary is an independent consultant, supporting individuals, teams and organisations in their work to develop public services. She has more than 25 years’ experience of working in the health care and voluntary sectors, at local, regional and national levels. She brings experience as an NHS chief executive officer and deputy health service ombudsman to her policy and service development work with clients which include government departments, regulators and NHS organisations. Hilary is also a member of the Betsi Cadwaladr Community Health Council.
Hilary is a trained mediator and conciliator. She also acts as an independent investigator of complaints and adverse incidents for public bodies both in her own capacity and as an associate of Verita, an independent inquiry consultancy working in both the public and the private sectors”.
