John Pickering

John has been an outstanding advocate for the claimant’s position in clinical negligence for many years. He has worked tirelessly on the Civil Justice Council and Clinical Disputes Forum on many of the important policy issues. He was involved within the CMO’s Making Amends advisory group and on the Langstaff working party on periodical payments. He has also been very active in Peopil. He is currently the President of Peopil. His professional record over the years is second to none and he has shown outstanding leadership of one of the major claimant clinical negligence firms in the country as national head of Personal Injury for Irwin Mitchell.
