The 'Patients for Patient Safety' project was jointly managed by AvMA in partnership with the National Patient Safety Agency between April 2008 and March 2010.  The project recruited and supported patients for patient safety 'champions' across England and Wales to strengthen the patient voice in patient safety.  For the evaluation of the project click here.
