Patient Safety Champions
The 22 Patient Safety Champions below are those specifically recruited as part of the NPSA/AvMA Patients for Patient Safety Project. There are currently three other patient safety champions in the UK: AvMA's Chief Executive, Peter Walsh; Ian Hayes; and Josephine Ocloo.
Patients for Patient Safety is one of the programme areas of the World Health Organization's World Alliance for Patient Safety.
