Patients for Patient Safety Project England & Wales Report April - September 2008
The report from the Project Manager, Anna Allford, for the first six months of the project is available to view or download. 
Information regarding the commencement of the project is presented and the way in which partnership working is developing is discussed.
Project Governance is outlined and we are particularly pleased that we have established a Strategic Advisory Group to help guide the development of this project in England and Wales.
Proposed future recommendations are also included and a project Workplan is attached as Appendix 2.
