Paul McNeil

Paul McNeill is a partner at Field Fisher Waterhouse and has long been considered a leading clinical negligence practitioner who genuinely cares about both individual clients and access to justice for the injured patient. He has worked with AvMA over the years to help develop clinical negligence claimant work and raise standards. Paul is co-author (with Liz Thomas of AvMA) of The Medical Accidents Handbook (a practical guide for patients and their advisers).
