PowerPoint Presentations of the Root Cause Analysis Training Session for Champions on 6th May 2009
This training session was presented by Kate Beaumont, Head of NHS and Patient Engagement, NPSA, to provide the Patients For Patient Safety Champions within the project with the background as to how patient safety incidents are investigated and the recommended actions from these investigations followed up.
It was a very informative day with an interactive session in the afternoon.
