Research Exploring Patient and Public Perceptions of Patient Safety in the NHS
What are your views on the safety of care and treatment in the NHS?
Lynne Currie is a PhD student at the University of Warwick and is looking for volunteers who live in or around Oxford who would like to talk with her about their views of safe care and treatment in the NHS. If you have a particular interest in patient safety, or you have experienced care and treatment that either exceeded your expectations, or which failed to meet your expectations, Lynne would like to talk with you. Being involved in the study would mean taking part in an interview which would last approximately one hour. If you would like to be involved in the study and you require interpretation services, please let me know. The place, date and time of the interview would be arranged at your convenience. Please contact Lynne if you would like additional information about the research, or if you would like to be interviewed about your views on patient safety in the NHS. You can contact Lynne at v.l.currie@warwick.ac.uk, or lynne.currie@rcn.org.uk or by telephoning 01865 787133 or 01993 845505. Alternatively you can write to Lynne Currie, Learning and Development Institute, Whichford House, Building 1400, Parkway Court, Oxford Business Park, Oxford, OX2 4JY.
