Richard Vallance

Richard Vallance is a partner at Charles Russell and is considered by many of his peers as a pioneering force in the field of clinical negligence. He worked with AvMA in the early days leading to the development of the specialist clinical negligence panel. He has always shown an ability to see the ‘bigger picture' as well as working tirelessly and with considerable success for individual clients. He is chair of the Forum of Complex Injury Solicitors (FOCIS - formerly the Richard Grand Society) which brings together leading practitioners in clinical negligence and personal injury.
