Sarah Harman

Sarah Harman is a solicitor practicing in the field of clinical negligence and related matters. She is well known for ‘going the extra mile’ for her clients and to ensure that lessons are learnt. She represented people affected by Clifford Ayling and by cervical smear misreporting at the Kent & Canterbury Hospital in the late 1990’s and successfully campaigned for an Independent Enquiry. She is also known for taking on difficult cases including those involving professional abuse, and raising awareness of the issues.
