Our synopsis will be provided by Monday 16th February 2026. Please submit this in PDF format. Do not send any image/logo in word document, we can only accept text. If your contract is for a full page, size is 210mm wide x 297mm high, plus 3mm bleed. For half a page, size is 210mm wide x 148mm high.

EXHIBITION SPACE REQUIREMENTS*

Access and set up times to the Exhibition hall on Wednesday is between 13:00-17:00 and Thursday between 07:30-08:15. All exhibitors/sponsors must be set up by 8:15am on Thursday, so we suggest setting up on Wednesday 18 March.
