Independent review of whistleblowing to be led by robert francis qc

AvMA has welcomed the news that the Secretary of State for Health has asked Robert Francis QC to conduct an independent review “to consider what further action is necessary to protect NHS workers who speak out in the public interest and help create the kind of open culture that is needed to ensure safer care for patients”.
