You and three guests could bid for premium “Owners and Trainers” Race Day Experience. Enjoy a VIP day at the races with hospitality in the owners’ enclosure, up-close views of the horses in the parade ring, and the electric thrill of the track from the best seats in the house. This special prize for four people brings all the style, spectacle, and insider access of a true raceday celebration.

With over 100 winners last year and a stable on the rise, Tom Ward offers racing fans a rare opportunity to go beyond the rails. Support AvMA and you could be celebrating in style—champagne in hand, winners on the track, and lifelong memories made.

  1. Eligibility

    • The experience is open to adults aged 18 and over.

    • By placing a bid, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements.

  2. Transferability

    • The experience is transferable if the winning bidder cannot attend.

    • Transfers must be confirmed in writing with AvMA prior to booking.

  3. Booking & Dates

    • The experience must be taken within 12 months of the auction date.

    • The winning bidder will be introduced to Tom Ward Racing to agree on a suitable race date.

    • Dates are subject to racecourse availability and the agreement of Tom Ward Racing.

  4. Inclusions
    The experience includes:

    • Hospitality and enclosure entry

    • Food and light refreshments (teas and coffees included; alcoholic drinks available at a pay bar)

    • Race access

    • Parking

  5. Exclusions

    • Travel to and from the racecourse is not included.

    • Alcoholic drinks and any personal expenses are the responsibility of the winner.

  6. Accessibility

    • Accessibility and wheelchair seating will depend on the racecourse facilities. Please contact AvMA in advance to discuss specific requirements.

  7. Cancellation & Postponement

    • If the scheduled race day is cancelled or postponed, an alternative date will be offered by Tom Ward Racing.

    • AvMA is not responsible for cancellations or rescheduling beyond its control.
