Please indicate your requirements for the conference to help us ensure you have all you need for a successful presentation
  • Please enter your name as you would like it to be displayed on webinar promotional materials
  • Please let us know your twitter handle if you are happy to be mentioned and tagged in tweets related to the event.
  • Please provide your mobile phone number in case we need to contact you on the day of the conference. This number will only be used to contact you in relation to your presentation.
  • What is your estimated time of arrival on the day of the conference?
  • Please provide a short (approx. 10 line) biography which will be used on conference page and delegate documentation pack.
  • You can upload your biography as a word document or pdf here. The biography will be used to introduce your session at the conference, promote your session on website, social media channels and add to the online delegate pack.
    Accepted file types: pdf, doc, docxx, jpg, gif, png, Max. file size: 10 GB.
  • Please upload a profile picture that can be use to promote your session on social media plataforms, website and blogs.
    Accepted file types: pdf, jpg, gif, png, Max. file size: 10 GB.
