As an independent charity, we campaign tirelessly for higher standards of patient safety, more accountability when things go wrong, and better access to justice for those who want to take legal action.
Since our inception, we have provided advice and support to thousands of people affected by avoidable harm in healthcare each year, and succeeded in bringing about massive changes to the legal system.
