Additional help accessing the helpline

If you are unable to use the helpline because of a disability, communication need or accessibility requirement, we can offer you additional help to access our service.

At Avma, we are committed to providing an accessible and inclusive service. We aim to ensure that people who are unable to use our helpline because of a disability or other significant communication barrier can contact us in a way that meets their needs. Where appropriate, this may include alternative methods of communication, such as accessing our written advice service or contacting us over Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or another accessible channel.

As a charity with limited resources, there are limitations to what we can provide. However, we will always consider individual circumstances and make reasonable efforts to offer support that enables access to our services within the resources available to us.

If you are unable to use our helpline because of a disability, health condition, or other accessibility requirement, please complete the form below. One of our experienced team members will contact you, usually within 48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), to discuss your needs and explore what support we may be able to provide.

Please complete this form only if you are unable to access support through our helpline because of a disability, health condition, communication need, or other accessibility barrier. Thank you.
