Barristers

Individual barristers join Lawyers Service to be included on the Barristers Directory, which is circulated to over 2,500 specialist solicitors, plus a host of other benefits.

Why join the Avma Lawyers Service?

Individual barristers are invited to join Avma’s Lawyers Service to become a part of the growing community of clinical negligence specialists supporting people across the UK who have experienced avoidable medical harm. We currently have over 60 member barristers from 13 chambers, alongside more than 2,500 solicitors.

By joining Avma, you are helping to amplify the voices of people across the country calling for higher standards of patient safety, better access to justice, and more transparency from healthcare providers when things go wrong. We also use the insights of our members to help inform our work influencing policy and lobbying for change.
