32nd Annual Clinical Negligence Conference

EVENT POSTPONED

It is with great regret that, in light of the seriousness of the spread of Coronavirus, the 2020 AvMA Annual Clinical Negligence Conference has had to be postponed. This is obviously a huge disappointment to us but the decision is necessary for reasons which are beyond our control and of which we are all very much aware. Our priority is the health and safety of our conference attendees and team. The next Annual Clinical Negligence Conference will now take place on 29-30 April 2021 at the Bournemouth International Centre, with our Golf Day and Welcome Event on 28^th April.

The Early bird date has now been extended to 31st July 2020.  Please download the booking form here.

Delegates who had already booked their places, and all confirmed exhibitors and sponsors, will automatically be transferred onto the new date, but if you are unable to attend then you can either transfer to another AvMA event or can have your delegate fee refunded. We will be writing separately to delegates who had already booked their delegate places and our sponsors and exhibitors and conference speakers to advise them of the next steps.

As you know, AvMA is an independent charity with no state funding and the income from conferences is vital to our charitable work. The lost income as a result of COVID-19 is a severe blow to us. If you do need to cancel a place you have already paid for, please consider whether you could donate part or all of the fee to AvMA. You can do that by simply notifying us that we can retain the fee you paid, or part of it, or donate online.

If you had already booked accommodation during the conference through MICE Concierge, then this will be automatically cancelled for you. MICE Concierge will then reach out to you personally to assist you with booking the new dates. For any queries please contact hello@miceconcierge.com and they would be happy to help.
