Old Square Chambers & AvMA Clinical Negligence seminar NEW DATE

NEW DATE: This seminar was originally planned to take place on the evening of 28 February is now taking place on the evening of 18 April.

This seminar on the evening of 18 April is a joint collaboration between Old Square Chambers & AvMA to mark AvMA’s 35th anniversary.  Attendees will be treated to a broad range of topics with an emphasis upon current issues in the clinical negligence law field from both legal and medical speakers.

Talks will range from consideration of the medico-legal issues in the management of maternal medicine disorders in pregnancy, through to top tips for the management of cancer claims and the role of article 2 inquests in the healthcare setting.  There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and to develop one’s knowledge in these complex but fascinating areas of practise.  The seminar will take place from 17:30-19:30 and will be immediately followed by drinks and networking.  All registration fees will go to AvMA’s charitable work in our 35th year.
