As Director of Operations, Nathan manages a number of key support functions at Avma, including IT and HR. He has directed a range of projects for the charity and works closely with all areas of the organisation.
About Nathan
Nathan joined Avma in July 2017 and leads the capable Operations & Support team, ensuring that Avma’s backbone of IT, HR, and administrative functions continue to provide excellent support to help the organisation achieve its aims. He has also led some of our large projects such as the relocation of our office, introduction of a new CRM, and our new website.
Since leaving university in 2008, Nathan has worked predominantly in operations roles within the NHS and non-profit sectors. In his spare time, he likes to watch rugby (having recently retired from playing), go on country walks, and spend time with his young family.
